i am Manan Vashisht

and I am Mergers and Acquisition specialist, investor and an Entrepreneur. I represent IT and ITES industry for more than last 2 decades. Have managed and ran companies with annual revenue ranging from a startup uptown $500 million.

PART 1

EARLY LIFE..

I was born in a small town called Bhiwani in Haryana’ India . From as early as I started walking, I remember to be the most competitive guy, which made me the hardest worker in the room.

Having played sports like Pingpong, Cricket at national level the knack of being a team player and outright winner always made me thrive for more (SUCCESS).

I convinced my father to buy me a very costly Nintendo at the age of 8 and the salesman in me was born there and then…

I did my school in India and then graduated in computer science. Flirted with singing as a rapper, dancing salsa and hip-hop and little bit of ramp walking gave me a serious exposure to the outright world.

Since I was always a self-motivated person, motivating others came naturally to me and become a core of my biggest strengths in early year of my life.

PART 2

PROFESSIONAL LIFE ..

The early days of my career had some random call center jobs starting at a salary of just Rs. 3300/month. This was just to test waters as I was expelled by my father from his well established businesss.

As a kid, listening to English music, American movies , learnt American English and joined the outsourcing industry in Jan 2002.

I knew this was my calling as convincing people and motivating them came very naturally to me. And then I was very hard working which was an icing on the cake, I worked as a debt collector in a Florida based company, then a Buffalo based company and did it for a few years until the wave of digital world and Digital transformation came into play. In 2010 I got out of debt collection work and stared working in a SFO based IT company and got the contract worth 4 million signed for 7 years..

Never looked back.

Ventured as an Entrepreneur in 2015 and co-founded Ogrelogic, sold the 50% stake at a decent number and then I founded – ReBrand Gurus post that, the company is with existence at 5 locations
